Rostyslav Lyubomyrovych Valikhnovski

Rostyslav Valikhnovski is a Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine (PhD), Honored Doctor of Ukraine, founder and director of Valikhnovski Surgery Institute in Kyiv. His professional profile combines complex reconstructive surgery, private medical infrastructure, educational programs for physicians, international medical projects, and charitable surgical care.

Since 1998, Valikhnovski Surgery Institute has developed as a multidisciplinary surgical center. According to publicly available data, the institute operates in 28 surgical disciplines, is located in central Kyiv, has 43 units of equipment, and declares 30% charitable surgical care. During the war, the directions of reconstructive, military, and maxillofacial surgery related to the treatment of trauma consequences have gained particular importance.

A distinct direction is Valikhnovski Academy (English version: SurginomX): an online and offline platform for students, interns, and practicing physicians with a focus on surgical skills, live surgery, military surgery, ATLS, USMLE/PLAB, and international training standards.

According to the clinic's public statement, approximately 30% of surgeries are performed on a charitable basis. This includes:

• children with congenital defects (including the cleft lip program with Harvard / Shriners);
• patients with complex trauma sequelae;
• collaboration with charitable foundations to fund surgeries for military personnel;
• educational scholarship at TNMU (from 18 November 2025) for children whose parents died for Ukraine—with free access to the Academy.
