Operating across the Kovel Territorial Medical Association (MTMO, Volyn) and the central institute in Kyiv, the surgical teams perform monthly pro bono procedures, reconstructive facial surgery, and blast wound remediation.

From 2005 to 2010, he served as the Personal Physician to the President of Ukraine.
