Rostyslav Lyubomyrovych Valikhnovski (born 24 February 1973, Ivano-Frankivsk) is a Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine (PhD), Honoured Physician of Ukraine. Graduated from Ternopil State Medical Institute (1995, with honours), completed surgical internship at the O. O. Shalimov National Institute. In 1998, he founded a private surgical institute in Kyiv (Valikhnovski Surgery Institute, 28 specialties). In 2004–2010, served on the medical team and as personal physician to President Viktor Yushchenko. Founder of the educational platform Valikhnovski Academy (since 2022).

Rostyslav Lyubomyrovych Valikhnovski (born 24 February 1973, Ivano-Frankivsk) is a Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine (PhD), Honoured Physician of Ukraine, Vice President of the All-Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
Graduated with honours from the Faculty of General Medicine at Ternopil State Medical Institute (1995); completed his surgical internship at the O. O. Shalimov National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology (1997–1998). In 2006, he defended his PhD dissertation on surgical-microsurgical treatment of alopecia; holds two authorial patents on surgical treatment methods (2005). Trained in Canada (Ottawa Civic Hospital — intensive care; HFI Clinic Toronto — plastic and reconstructive surgery).
In 1998, he founded Valikhnovski Surgery Institute in Kyiv — a private multidisciplinary surgical centre; the current facility opened in 2017 adjacent to the M. M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. In 2004, he joined the medical team that treated President Viktor Yushchenko after dioxin poisoning; served as the President's personal physician from 2005 to 2010. In 2008–2010, served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat (Presidential Decree №11/2008); from 2010 to 2012, led emergency medicine initiatives at the Ministry of Emergency Situations and implementation of the "112" system. Co-author of a Lancet publication on Yushchenko's poisoning (2009).
Since 2022, launched Valikhnovski Academy / SurginomX — an educational platform for physicians (live surgery, ATLS, USMLE/PLAB, IPRAS, ~1,000 participants, 40 countries). On 18 November 2025, established the Dr Valikhnovski Scholarship at Ternopil National Medical University for children of fallen defenders.
