Rostyslav Lyubomyrovych Valikhnovski (born 24 February 1973, Ivano-Frankivsk) is a Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, PhD in Medical Sciences, Honored Doctor of Ukraine. Graduated from Ternopil State Medical Institute (1995, with honors), completed residency at O. O. Shalimov Institute. In 1998 he founded a private surgical institute in Kyiv (Valikhnovski Surgery Institute, 850 m², 28 specialties). In 2004–2010 — member of the medical team and personal physician to President Viktor Yushchenko. Founder of educational platform Valikhnovski Academy (since 2022). Archpriest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC), cleric of Holy Protection Monastery in Kyiv (since 2020).

Rostyslav Lyubomyrovych Valikhnovski (born 24 February 1973, Ivano-Frankivsk) is a Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, PhD in Medical Sciences, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Vice President of the Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine, Ternopil State Medical Institute (1995); completed residency in general surgery at O. O. Shalimov National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology (1997–1998). In 2006 defended his PhD dissertation on surgical and microsurgical treatment of alopecia; holds two patents for surgical treatment methods (2005). Trained in Canada (Ottawa Civic Hospital — intensive care; HFI Clinic Toronto — plastic and reconstructive surgery).
In 1998 founded Valikhnovski Surgery Institute in Kyiv — a private multidisciplinary surgical center; the new 850 m² building opened in 2017 next to M. M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. In 2004 joined the medical team that saved President Viktor Yushchenko after dioxin poisoning; in 2005–2010 — President's personal physician. In 2008–2010 — Deputy Head of the Presidential Directorate for State Affairs (Presidential Decree №11/2008); in 2010–2012 — head of emergency medicine at the Ministry of Emergency Situations and implementation of the "112" system. Co-author of the Lancet publication on Yushchenko poisoning (2009).
Since 2022 has developed Valikhnovski Academy / SurginomX — an educational platform for physicians (live surgery, ATLS, USMLE/PLAB, IPRAS, ~1,000 participants, 40 countries). On 18 November 2025 established a named scholarship at Ternopil National Medical University for children of fallen defenders. In August 2020 ordained priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) by Metropolitan Onufriy; currently — Archpriest.
